The information we ask you to provide in the pages above is required to allow our commission to review your request for an allocation. Any missing answers could result in the rejection of your request. The information you provide is used by the CSR managers of emlyon business school and the emlyon Foundation. Some information may be communicated to the CROUS to which you are assigned, but only the following items: identity, date of arrival in France, past and current study program, amount of the grant, if awarded.

You may, at any time, in accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability of information concerning you, as well as your rights of limitation and opposition to the processing of your data.

The data communicated will in no case be used for purposes other than the management of your request for support due to hardship arising from the exceptional situation of the COVID-19 pandemic. The information communicated will be kept by emlyon business school on secure servers in the EU and can only be accessed by members of emlyon staff in charge of processing your request. This information will not be communicated to third parties (except the CROUS which must be involved in processing your request) without your prior consent. The data will be kept only for the duration of the processing of your request and will be subsequently destroyed by emlyon business school.

Finally, you have the right to appeal to a national supervisory authority such as the National Commission for Data Protection in the event of violation of the regulations applicable in the field of protection of personal data.
