Documents to submit with your emergency assistance application
- Bank account details (mandatory)
Mandatory documents to submit in the following situations:
You have a scholarship:
- Your 2020-2021 scholarship certificate
You are a French student:
- Your parents’ 2020 notice of tax assessment (on 2019 income), with the taxable income and number of tax units clearly legible
- OR your 2020 notice of tax assessment (on 2019 income)
You rent your housing:
- Your most recent rent receipt made out in your name or your most recent APL housing allowance certificate
Mandatory documents to submit if you are requesting financial assistance and you checked the box:
My parents have experienced a significant loss of income
- Any documentary evidence of your parents’ significant loss of income
I lost my job or paid internship
- Documentation of the loss of your job or paid internship
Mandatory documents to submit if you are requesting practical assistance and you checked the box:
Assistance in purchasing a computer
- A quote for repairs to your computer
